结构设计
面层：通常采用柔软亲肤的材质，如化纤热风布与粘胶纤维层组成。化纤热风布提供柔软触感的同时使面层保持干爽，粘胶纤维层则起到吸收导流的作用，能快速引导经血进入吸收体。
导流吸收部和提拉部：位于面层中间位置的导流吸收部向后延伸出提拉部，它们也是由化纤热风布与粘胶纤维层构成。导流吸收部上一般设有导流缝，可对经血进行导流，使其聚集在内腔中被吸收体吸收；提拉部则可由使用者根据自身需求调整提拉高度，更好地贴合股沟，防止后漏。
吸收体：包括上下两层柔软无纺布层以及设置在两层之间的吸收芯体。吸收芯体由交叉纤维层和高分子吸水珠组成，交叉纤维层一般是由植物纤维纵横交叉排列热压制成的絮状丝网层，高分子吸水珠复合在交叉纤维层中。这种结构使吸收体具有高强度，在吸收经血后仍能保持较好的结构强度，不易断裂、起坨、移位。
底膜：具有良好的透气性和防渗漏性，能防止经血渗出，同时让空气流通，减少闷热感。
立体护围和弹性防漏边：面层两侧设置立体护围，其内侧连接于面层，外侧悬空于面层上方，内部设有悬浮芯体，悬浮芯体包含吸收腔、悬浮片和高分子吸水珠，可大大提高立体护围的吸收力，有效避免侧漏。立体护围与面层之间还设置有弹性防漏边，内缝制有橡筋，能使立体护围更好地贴合在肌肤上，进一步提高防侧漏效果。

吸收性能强：采用高强度吸收体，交叉纤维层与高分子吸水珠复合的设计，使卫生巾吸收速度快、吸收量大，能够迅速吸收经血，保持面层干爽，避免经血溢出。
